From Sattvika · Eve Kruger, Ayurvedic Practitioner & Vedic Counselor

You don't need another supplement.
You need a rhythm.

The foundational Ayurvedic practices that women have used for five thousand years to navigate perimenopause and menopause. One week. Real change.

The hot flashes. The 3am insomnia. The rage that arrives uninvited. The brain fog. The body that no longer feels like yours.

These are not malfunctions.

Your body is not broken. It is not deficient. It is doing exactly what it was designed to do, in a transition that has been encoded in women's bodies for thousands of years.

It is just doing it without the support it knows how to receive.

Not a pill. Not a patch. Not a powder.

A rhythm. The daily rhythm your body already recognizes at the deepest level — because it has been written into women's bodies since long before any of us were named. You have just never been taught it.

The way you explain it makes me realize that there's nothing broken or wrong with me. Hannah, Return to Rhythm participant

Why nothing has fully held.

You have likely tried things. Magnesium. Black cohosh. Adaptogens. The diet shifts, the exercise plans, the sleep hygiene. Maybe HRT — and HRT has helped some things, but not everything.

And you are still lying awake at 3am. Still snapping at people you love. Still inhabiting a body that does not feel like yours.

Most approaches address one symptom at a time. A supplement for sleep. A protocol for hot flashes. A program for mood. A specialist for each.

Perimenopause is not a list of symptoms. It is a whole-system shift — hormones, nervous system, digestion, sleep architecture, emotional processing, skin, joints, cognition, all changing at once.

You do not need ten solutions for ten symptoms. You need one integrated rhythm that addresses the whole system.

Ayurveda has understood this for five thousand years. Not as theory — as practice. As dinacharya, the daily rhythm women have lived by through every transition, including this one. I have spent thirty years distilling these practices into what I call the Vedic Rhythm Method™ — the foundational daily rhythm that makes everything else work.

This is not wellness culture borrowing Sanskrit words. This is the original system of medicine, taught to me by traditional professors in India, practiced in hospitals, refined over millennia.

And it works. Not in months. In days.

The rhythm has really changed my life. Everybody's coming to me saying — what have you been doing with your hair? What's your skin routine? What's going on with your energy?

And it's true. I feel like I've been given a new life. And this is just because I've been returning to what my body was longing for, for such a long, long time.

I've been doing Abhyanga every day for four weeks now, and it's just not negotiable anymore. I thought I was never going to have the time to do all of these things. And it turned out to be just a matter of priorities. Hannah, Return to Rhythm participant

Already on HRT? Good.

Most people in the Ayurvedic and natural-health world will not say this clearly, so I want to.

Hormone therapy can be a valid, important choice. If you are on it and it is helping you, stay on it.

Return to Rhythm is not a replacement for HRT. It is not anti-medicine. It is not asking you to throw away your prescriptions and trust in turmeric.

What it does is address everything HRT does not. The nervous-system dysregulation. The digestive changes. The depletion of the vital essence Ayurveda calls ojas — which no external hormone can rebuild.

HRT manages hormones. This rhythm restores your foundation.

They work together. Beautifully. Many of my students are on HRT and tell me these practices are what finally made everything click — because the body now has the ground to receive the hormonal support.

You do not have to choose. You get to have both.

One week changes everything.

Not a promise. A pattern I have watched for thirty years.

Day 1

You learn what to stop doing.

The very first evening, something shifts. Your nervous system begins to exhale for the first time in months.

Day 2

A morning sequence so simple you'll wonder why nobody taught you this before.

Your body starts to remember a rhythm it already knows.

Day 3

The single practice that women call "the one that changed everything."

This is where you come home to your own body. Women weep. Women sleep. Women come home.

Day 4

You add light and stillness. The morning becomes yours.

Not a to-do list — a rhythm that gives energy instead of draining it.

Day 5

You learn to eat with your body, not against it.

Digestion shifts. Bloating begins to ease. Energy returns after meals instead of crashing.

Day 6

An ancient Vedic practice that lets you see yourself clearly — perhaps for the first time.

This is where the psychological work begins. Where you start to meet the woman beneath the symptoms.

Day 7

Integration. The rhythm is yours now.

You're sleeping. You're calmer. You recognize yourself again. And you understand — this is just the beginning.

Not because the practices are magic. Because your body has been waiting for exactly this.

Be honest with yourself.

This is for you if

  • You are in perimenopause or menopause and nothing has fully worked yet
  • You can give thirty to sixty minutes a day to practices that will change your life
  • You want something real — not a trend, not a fad, not a quick fix
  • You are on HRT and want the foundation that makes everything else work better
  • You are not on HRT and want to approach this transition with guidance from a practitioner who has lived it
  • You are tired of being talked to like a broken machine that needs fixing

This is not for you if

  • You want a passive solution — something you take and forget about
  • You are looking for a weekend miracle
  • You are not willing to actually do the practices
  • You want someone to validate that your body is the enemy

I did not learn this from a book. I lived it.

My name is Eve Kruger. I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Vedic Counselor with thirty years of study and clinical practice in the Vedic sciences.

I crossed into menopause at fifty-one. I have been symptom-free for nine years — no HRT, no supplements, no patches.

I had access to a system — the same one I am teaching you now — that understood exactly what was happening in my body and exactly how to support it. Within weeks of establishing these practices, my symptoms began to resolve. Within months, they were gone.

I am not telling you to do what I did. I am telling you this works. Whether you are on HRT or not. Whether you have tried everything else or nothing at all. Whether you believe in Ayurveda or you are skeptical. The practices do not require belief. They require practice.

What you are already spending to feel like this.

Most women in perimenopause are spending across multiple categories at once — none of which addresses the whole picture.

Supplements

$600 – $1,200/yr

Magnesium, black cohosh, evening primrose, ashwagandha, vitamin D, probiotics. Stacked monthly, individually targeting symptoms.

HRT & Prescriptions

$600 – $6,000+/yr

Medications, doctor visits, lab work, hormone panels, follow-ups. Only 26% of women have full insurance coverage.

Doctor Visits

$500 – $3,000+/yr

The merry-go-round: GYN, endocrinologist, cardiologist, psychiatrist, primary care — because nobody connects the dots.

Coaching & Programs

$2,400 – $12,000/yr

Health coaches, wellness subscriptions, menopause telehealth memberships. Information without integration.

Retreats

$2,000 – $8,000 each

A weekend of feeling better. Then home to no daily practice.

Alternative Treatments

$1,500 – $5,000/yr

Acupuncture, functional medicine, naturopathy, massage. Helpful in pieces, but pieces is all they are.

A woman who is "trying everything" typically spends

$3,000 – $10,000+ per year

Over the seven to ten years symptoms typically last: $21,000 – $100,000.

$397. Once.

Less than three months of supplements. Less than two doctor visits. Less than three coaching sessions. And unlike all of those — you keep this practice forever.

What is inside Return to Rhythm.

Ayurvedic intake assessment

Before you begin, I assess what is out of balance in your system — not a generic quiz, but a clinical diagnostic process developed across thirty years of practice. This is where personalization begins. No AI can do this.

Live Sunday Welcome with Eve

Every Sunday, the women beginning that week gather with me on Zoom. Thirty minutes. We set intention. You meet the women walking beside you. You step through the threshold together.

Daily video teachings

Not talking-head content. Real Ayurvedic teaching that explains why each practice matters and how it works in your body during this specific transition.

Guided audio practices

Audio guides for every practice — close your eyes, follow my voice, and be in the experience rather than watching a screen.

Vedic psychology and deep meditation

Guided meditations rooted in the Vedic tradition that go beyond relaxation — practices that help you see yourself clearly, meet what is arising, and reconnect with who you are beneath the chaos of this transition.

Your body's own language — a self-diagnostic guide

You learn to read what your body is telling you every day, through signs you already have access to. You become your own first source of feedback.

Daily journal and progress tracking

Track your sleep, energy, and digestion daily in your private portal. Take your self-assessment before and after the week. See your transformation in real numbers — not just how you feel, but what is measurably shifting.

Practice guides

Printable reference guides for every practice. Keep them in your bathroom, your kitchen, your sacred space. Follow along without watching a screen.

Ayurvedic nutrition

How to eat in a way that supports your body through this transition. Not a diet. Not restrictions. An understanding of what nourishes versus what depletes.

Private group and direct support

You will not do this alone. A private, confidential group of women walking the same path, with direct support throughout your seven days. Connection, not isolation.

Completion certificate

Complete all seven days and receive formal recognition of your commitment. Not a participation trophy — a marker that you showed up, did the work, and established a foundation most women never find.

Lifetime access

Return to this material whenever you need it. These practices deepen with repetition. The teachings reveal more each time.

I was full of anxiety, feeling I had lost my spark in life. Simple but crucial habits have brought me back to a better version of myself. Learning the why behind these practices added extra motivation. I ended up tweaking my schedule to fit it in — and that is just the thing: I needed to tweak my schedule because I was allowing too much of my work to take control of my life. It was all an illusion — the not having enough time. This content has been priceless. You have to do this for you. Things will not change until you make this decision. Common questions.

How does enrollment work?

You enroll anytime. Immediately, you receive access to your intake assessment and welcome materials so you can prepare. On Sunday, you join me for a live welcome gathering with the other women beginning that week. Monday morning, Day 1 begins. If you enroll on a Monday, you have almost a full week to complete your assessment and settle in before Sunday's welcome.

What is the Sunday welcome gathering?

A live thirty-minute Zoom gathering with me and the women starting that week. We set intention. You meet the group you will walk beside. You prepare to begin. It is not a lecture — it is a threshold. You step through it together.

I am already on HRT. Will this still help?

Yes. Emphatically. HRT addresses your hormonal levels. Return to Rhythm addresses your nervous system, digestion, sleep architecture, vital essence, and daily rhythm — everything HRT does not touch. Women on HRT consistently tell me these practices are what made their hormone therapy actually work properly, because their body finally has the foundation to receive it.

How much time do the daily practices take?

Between thirty and sixty minutes in the morning, depending on how deeply you go, plus a simple ten-minute evening routine. This is not adding more to your plate. It is replacing the chaos of your current morning with a rhythm that gives you energy instead of draining it. Most women start with the shorter version and naturally expand as the practices become their own.

How is this different from other menopause programs?

Most programs give you information. Return to Rhythm gives you a practice — an integrated daily rhythm that addresses your whole system simultaneously. You begin with a clinical intake assessment. You track your own body daily through self-diagnostic tools. You measure your transformation with a before-and-after assessment. This is not generic advice. It is personalized to your body, tracked in real time, and supported by me and a private group of women in it with you.

I have never tried Ayurveda. Do I need any background?

None. I teach everything from the ground up. Every practice is explained, demonstrated, and guided. You do not need to know a single Sanskrit word. You just need to be willing to do the practices.

What if I cannot do everything right away?

You will not. And that is fine. The course is designed so you add one practice at a time, day by day. By the end of the week, you have a complete rhythm — but it is built gradually, not dumped on you all at once.

Is my payment secure? What about my health information?

Yes. Your checkout is processed through Practice Better, a HIPAA-compliant platform designed for healthcare practitioners. Your health information, intake responses, and personal data are protected under HIPAA standards — not stored in general marketing systems. Your health data stays with your practitioner, where it belongs.

What is the refund policy?

Complete all seven days of practice and take your after-assessment. If you do not experience measurable change, you receive a full refund. The only condition is that you actually do the work. This protects both of us — you know you are not risking anything, and I know I am working with women who are committed.

I am in early perimenopause. Is this too soon?

It is the perfect time. These practices are most powerful when established before the transition deepens. You are not just managing symptoms — you are building the foundation that prevents the worst of them from taking hold.

Your body is not broken.
It is waiting.

Seven days. Ancient practices. A private group of women. A practitioner who has lived this. And measurable change you can see for yourself.
